1. Our Products

​

We manufacture and supply a wide range of outdoor utility and furniture products using high-quality plastic, wood, steel, and other metals. Each item is designed for durability, usability, and aesthetics — but please note that minor variations in texture, color, or finish can occur due to natural materials or manufacturing batches.

2. Orders & Pricing

​

• All orders are confirmed only after full specification approval and payment terms are agreed upon.

• Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and shipping unless mentioned otherwise.

• Custom orders may require additional lead time or setup costs.

• Bulk orders? Great. We’ll work out a better deal for you.

3. Payment Terms

​

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque (UAE only), or as per mutually agreed terms.

​

4. Delivery & Timelines

​

• We aim to deliver within the promised timeline, but customizations or material shortages may add a few extra days. We'll keep you in the loop.

• Delivery is typically ex-works (from our factory in Dubai Investments Park), unless transport is part of the agreement.

• Any delivery damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods.

5. Returns & Replacements

​

• We don’t offer returns on custom or made-to-order items.

• If a product reaches you damaged or defective (which rarely happens), let us know within 3 working days — we’ll either replace or repair it at our discretion.

• Products should be unused and in original packaging for any replacement consideration.

6. Warranty

​

• Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery.

• This does not include:

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Misuse or improper installation

  • Damage due to weather beyond design specification

7. Design Rights & Custom Work

​

All designs shared by Inox Metal Industries remain our intellectual property unless specifically agreed otherwise. Custom designs developed for a client may be showcased in our portfolio or used for future marketing (unless you request privacy in writing).

8. Safety & Installation

​

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and safe usage, especially for public-use items like bollards or benches.

• We offer installation support in the UAE on request — just ask.

​

9. Let’s Keep It Respectful

​

We believe in professionalism, punctuality, and problem-solving. Any disputes will be handled calmly, ideally over a coffee — or formally, under UAE law if needed.
